Precision Crop Reporting Coordinator
The Precision Crop Reporting (PCR) Coordinator position requires accurate and efficient management of precision crop reporting. In addition, this role will be responsible for communicating and maintaining a high level of confidence with business associates, to include; crop insurance carriers, insurance agencies and clients.
A person in this position is expected to perform the following essential functions:
1. Serve as Marketing and Relationship Specialist for Crop Insurance Agents and Agencies and Crop Insurance Carriers
2. Ensure client satisfaction from a consultant and hospitality perspective.
3. Work alongside Precision Crop Reporting Specialist with quality control, prioritization and planning, and trouble shooting.
4. Serve as a TruAcre Precision Crop Reporting Trainer.
5. Performs all other functions as assigned by COO.

This position requires seasonal travel that approximately 10-20 nights per year. Traveling of this nature will primarily occur in June/July and December/January. The applicant must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and have the ability to travel independently and overnight.
This position operates in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and professional office environment. It is expected that the applicant tell the truth, work hard, and have fun with a good attitude.
Education and Requirements
This position normally requires a Bachelor’s degree in an agriculture, GIS/GPS, or marketing related discipline, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 – 2 years or more of related work experience or internships to demonstrate knowledge of precision technology and crop production management. Project management with PMP certification, and sales/marketing experience preferred. Bonus consideration for Precision Reporting or Crop Insurance experience. Applicant must obtain and maintain Crop Insurance license to discuss or place insurance in states where the agency functions, as required by each State’s Department of Insurance.
